Every HistoreeTees order is backed by our 30-Day Money Back Guarantee. If you're not happy with your order — for any reason — contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right.

Damaged, misprinted, or wrong item?

Email us with a photo or two of the issue. We'll print and ship a replacement free of charge — or issue a full refund. No need to send the original back.

Not happy for any other reason?

Email serviceteam@historeetees.com with your order number and we'll reply with simple return instructions and the return address. Returns are always free — no restocking fees and no return-processing fees; you just cover the return postage. Items should be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

Once your return arrives, we'll refund the product price to your original payment method (original shipping isn't refundable). Refunds usually appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Ordered the wrong size?

The guarantee covers you — but if you'd rather skip the mailbox, ask us about a discount toward a replacement in the correct size. Either way, our Size Guide is worth a quick look before you order.
